NIMAÉS provides three varied shipping options due to high-value items such as GOLD AND SILVER.

 

  • REGULAR ITEM - Spend $50+ on regular items for free shipping. Not applicable with high-value items such as gold and silver

 

  • SILVER ITEM - Spend $75+ only on silver item for free shipping. Not applicable with regular items.

 

  • GOLD AND SILVER ITEM - Spend $120+  on GOLD AND SILVER for free shipping. Not Applicable with regular items

3. Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Gold Items Disclosure

All items marked as "VALUE ITEM" in our product listings are made with real gold or silver. Please handle these items with care. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping options for any gold purchases.

  • Due to the value of these items, we require signature confirmation on delivery for $250+ orders containing gold and silver.

  • For security, gold items may take up to 1 additional business day to verify and process before shipping.

  • Reminder for GOLD/SILVER BUYER: A video of the unboxing process is required to ensure buyer and seller protection. NO VIDEO = NO RETURN AND REFUND

5. Shipping Issues

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
